Emptying out with you has been such a breath of fresh air. I carry a lot of anxiety in my body and feeling tense is a regular occurrence. After doing the movements and relaxing in meditation, my body feels lighter and my mind relaxes, if even for a short time. This is a piece of what I’ve been searching for and am so appreciative of the practices you share.
